That adds up to a ton of calories, it’s good to have a big breakfast but that’s not very healthy. You should cut down to 2 boiled eggs, rather than 3 scrambled. Boiled eggs are proven to make you feel fuller. Fried is never really good for you, so skip the home fries, especially frying them with extra virgin olive oil, tons of calories! If you want to eat a healthier breakfast you should go for foods like yogurt, healthy cereals, fruits & nuts, low fat muffins, oatmeal, etc. Hope I helped :)

What I think is a healthy breakfast (before watching):

2 eggs scrambled, one or two pieces of fruit, plain/non-fat yogurt and water. Also, munch on a pinch of parsley and one brazil nut!

My favorite breakfast is whole grain french toast with honey and a glass of water, but when I’m in a hurry I’ll grab an apple and a handful of nuts.

I like to eat an egg with mushrooms, red pepper, and sometimes ham, along with sprouted wheat toast and a bit of honey, and an orange.
